Ερωτηματολόγιο: Γενικές Ερωτήσεις Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας

Το παρόν αποτελεί ένα ανοιχτό ερωτηματολόγιο για θέματα Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας, το οποίο σκοπεύει στην ανάγνωση της αντίληψης του κοινού για σχετικά θέματα. Το ερωτηματολόγιο εντάσσεται σε έρευνα που διεξάγεται από το Εργαστήριο Μελετών Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας "Ο Χαρτουλάριος" Ι.Κ.Ε. σε συνεργασία με το πανεπιστήμιο Staffordshire University.

Public Survey on Questioned Document Examination

This is a public questionnaire aimed at recording public's perception of complexity of signatures & fraud detection.
This study is being run by Nikolaos Kalantzis, Forensic Document Examiner in a reserach collaboration between CHARTOULARIOS P.C. Laboratory of Questioned Document Studies and Staffordshire University.

Εργαστήριο Μελετών Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας "Ο Χαρτουλάριος" Ι.Κ.Ε.

• Το Εργαστήριο Μελετών Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας "Ο Χαρτουλάριος" παρέχει υπηρεσίες Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας, ήτοι εξέταση γνησιότητας γραφής, υπογραφής & εγγράφων, διερεύνηση αλλοιώσεων κλπ., υποστηριζόμενες από ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σύγχρονο εργαστήριο, και εφαρμόζοντας την επιστημονική αρχή των τεσσάρων-ματιών (four eye principle) & της διπλής αξιολόγησης (peer review system) για κάθε υπόθεση χωρίς επιπλέον επιβάρυνση.


• Κάθε υπόθεση που χειρίζεται ο Χαρτουλάριος ανατίθεται ταυτόχρονα σε δύο ειδικευμένους Δικαστικούς Γραφολόγους, οι οποίοι δρουν ανεξάρτητα ο ένας από τον άλλο. Στη συνέχεια με την ολοκλήρωση της έρευνας από τους δύο εξεταστές διαμορφώνεται ένα ενιαίο συμπέρασμα και συντάσσεται η Έκθεση Γνωμοδότησης Δικαστικής Γραφολογίας με συνυπογραφή και των δύο εξεταστών. Η εμπλοκή του δεύτερου εξεταστή δεν επιφέρει επιπλέον επιβάρυνση αλλά απευθύνεται στην απαραίτητη διαχείριση ποιότητας (Quality Management) που επιβάλλεται πλέον σε διεθνές επίπεδο σε εργαστήρια εγκληματολογικών υπηρεσιών.

• Ο Χαρτουλάριος στελεχώνεται από πέντε (5) Ειδικευμένους Δικαστικούς Γραφολόγους εξεταστές γραφής και εγγράφων, και κάθε υπόθεση διεκπεραιώνεται σύμφωνα με τα διεθνή πρότυπα (ENFSI - ENFHEX, SWGDOC) με πλήρη εφαρμογή εργαστηριακών ελέγχων όπου αυτό είναι εφικτό.

Forensic Handwriting & Document Examination Workshop: Current Trends & Problems 7-9 September 2011

Staffordshire University’s Forensic and Crime Science Department is organising an International Workshop on Forensic Handwriting & Document Examination to be held at Staffordshire University (Stoke-on-Trent Campus) on 7-9 September 2011. This will provide an opportunity for Trained Professionals, Academics and Researchers in Questioned Documents to improve their understanding of current issues in document examination and to receive training on specific fields of the science.

The workshop will be delivered by Mike Allen, Dr. Bryan Found, Dr. Jur. Dr. Habil. Manfred Hecker, Nikolaos Kalantzis FSSoc Dip and Dr. Andy Platt.

Aims and Objectives

The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for forensic document

examiners working in the UK to meet to discuss issues that affect the sector

and to provide an opportunity for learning through the consideration of

individual case studies.

Learning Outcomes

knowledge base through the discussion of case studies, to learn about cutting

edge areas of research and to network with the leading practitioners in the field.
